Privacy & disclosures

Privacy
This starter website does not set analytics cookies or create user accounts. The battery calculator and rig recommendation selections run locally in your browser. If you choose to load weather by ZIP code, the site sends your ZIP code to Zippopotam.us to find approximate coordinates and requests forecast and observations from the National Weather Service. If you choose Use my location, your browser requests location permission and the site sends approximate coordinates to the National Weather Service for a forecast. We do not store these inputs ourselves. The third-party weather and geocoding providers may process requests under their own policies. The website's hosting provider may process traffic and technical logs as part of its service; consult that provider's privacy policy.
Commercial disclosures
At launch, RigReady Angler has no affiliate tracking links and no paid brand partnerships. If affiliate links are introduced, qualifying purchases may generate commissions. We will disclose those relationships clearly near the relevant recommendations and mark paid links as sponsored.
Independence and accuracy
The website is an independent educational project and is not sponsored by or affiliated with Lowrance or any battery manufacturer. Manufacturer brands and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Technical figures can change by product revision. Always follow manufacturer manuals and applicable safety instructions. Calculators provide planning estimates, not guarantees.
Contact
A public support email address has not yet been configured for this starter site. Before marketing this as a commercial service, the owner should add a monitored contact method and review any applicable policies.
